Yoga classes are for all stages of pregnancy and the early postpartum period.
Pre Natal classes are designed to address common areas of discomfort in pregnancy, provide relaxation and teach poses and breathing exercises that can be beneficial during labor and birth. No experience is necessary.
Post Partum classes are for mom and baby, to regain strength, bond with baby and create more ease in the body after the demands of early motherhood. Classes are fun, explorative and create a sense of support and community with other new moms.
Massage
Massage sessions are 1 and 1 1/2 hours.
Kris uses Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Trigger Points, Stretching and Energy Work to help the body relax and release tension. Her ability to work deeply and sensitively, listening to what the body needs, enables her clients to feel safe and nurtured.
