The Birth Nest is a mama to mama collective passionate about celebrating pregnancy, embracing birth and supporting families in the Cowichan Valley. Kim Cooper, Kristin Lang, Tina Hamill and Catherine Quaglia are birth and postpartum professionals serving Duncan, Lake Cowichan, Ladysmith, and Nanaimo areas. They offer a wide spectrum of holistic care that includes, prenatal classes, doula care, massage, yoga, Chinese Medicine, childcare, and so much more. As mothers themselves, they are dedicated to supporting you in your transformation and compassionately holding the space for you on your journey of self-discovery.
